EKE Group has sold Vantaan Rasti in Vantaa

EKE Group has sold Vantaan Rasti logistic center in Aviapolis area in Vantaa. The site contains a total of 31,000 square meters of rentable space in two buildings. The main tenant is Suomen Logistiikkatalo Oy, one of the leading logistics companies in Finland and part of the international company Posten Logistik, fully owned by the Swedish postal service. The byer was the Aberdeen European Balanced Property Fund, a European property fund managed by Aberdeen Property Investors. The buildings were completed gradually in 2005 and 2008.

The realized transaction is in accordance with property development strategy of EKE. EKE Group developed the property keeping in mind the current tenant and similar players managing large logistic units.
