Kartanonmäki business center at Sundsberg

A business center of 2,780 floor square meters will be built in Kartanonmäki at Sundsberg. Plans are that it will house, for example, a restaurant, grocery store / information desk, beauty and health care services, and office and workshop space. Commercial premises of different sizes will be rented to entrepreneurs, artists, and craftspeople. Implementation of the plan will start in 2009.

Sundsberg is a growing residential area of single-family dwellings that currently has 1,200 inhabitants. Located along ring road III and main road 51, Sundsberg is well connected to Helsinki and Espoo. A home for senior citizens, day-care centers and an elementary school will also rise in the area in the near future.
