EKE-Electronics Ltd, which had worked as an independent company since 2004, is again a part of EKE Group. Since 15 May 2010, EKE-Finance Ltd has been the parent company of EKE-Electronics Ltd.
The corporate acquisition was carried out as a stock-for-stock transaction.
