Business premises construction

EKE Group’s business premises construction is focused on office centres and on buildings and areas related to logistics. The Group’s largest business premises construction project is currently the 80,000-floor-square-metre complex of business and office premises located in Russia, next to the Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg. In Finland, EKE Group has started construction on an area that it owns in the Aviapolis business concentration in the Viinikkala district of Vantaa. The first building that was completed on this area is a state-of-the-art logistics centre.
