Pulkovo Sky

In 2007, EKE Group started a land development project in Russia in the new Pulkovo 3 business zone in St. Petersburg. The area is located directly opposite Pulkovo-2, the international terminal of the Pulkovo Airport. In two years, one of the largest and most modern office centres in St. Petersburg was built and commissioned. The Pulkovo Sky office centre is located near essential traffic routes, which provides excellent communications to the downtown and other regions. Our partner in Pulkovo Sky is the Finnish real estate investment company Vicus Ltd.

The office centre comprises three 14-storey buildings and a 5-storey car park. The total floor area is 76,000 m2.

Pulkovo Sky had its official opening in October 2009. The middle office building B was the first to open and it is now nearly full. We are currently making lease agreements for buildings A and C, which will open in the summer.

Our tenants are Russian and foreign companies that value modern architecture with its efficient solutions, high-quality HPAC systems, kind service and excellent views over the airport runways, the Pulkovo hills and the ring road.
