EKE Group’s subsidiary, EKE-Latvia, owns a 12.1-hectare land area in Marupe. Downtown Riga is only a ten-minute drive away. We have built 10 semi-detached houses on the area, which makes 20 homes in total.

EKE-Latvia owns a scenic land area in the city of Riga, on the shore of lake Kishezers. The approximately 28-hectare area is being planned for housing and business construction. It does not take more than ten minutes to reach downtown Riga.
